Kassandra Gordon Gift Cards are issues in £ Sterling which can de redeemed online at www.kassandragordon.com. Kassandra Gordon's gift cards can be as full payment or part payment.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. Kassandra Gordon Gift Cards will not be responsible for money not redeemed before this point. Kassandra Gordon is unable to extend the expiry date of any gift cards.

Physical Gift Cards will normally de dispatched within 2-3 working days via Tracked Royal Mail delivery.

E-Gift cards will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase.

Kassandra Gordon Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Kassandra Gordon is not responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.

Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately.

Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase.

Kassandra Gordon Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

Promotional discount codes cannot be used against Gift Card and E-Gift Card purchases. This includes Black Friday promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless stated otherwise.
