Product Care

I make jewellery to a high standard. From my hands to your hands.

Treat the jewellery with care, and it will continue to look stunning!

Jewellery Storage

Store in original box — Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your KLG Jewellery box so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle.

Remember — If however your jewellery is stored for long-periods of time, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.

Silver Jewellery — Storing silver jewellery in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation. The oxidation process is also slowed down by wearing your jewellery often.

Jewellery Maintenance

01 — Avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh) and chemicals such as perfume, creams, and lotions. You should avoid wearing Gold Vermeil jewellery in the bath, shower, swimming and when washing dishes.

02 — Excessive heat or moisture can deteriorate the plating on the metal and stones. Gently wipe with soft polishing cloth to bring back shine.

03 — Avoid impact against hard surfaces and store your jewellery separately so it doesn’t rub against or scratch other pieces.

Jewellery Sizes

I have taken reasonable steps to depict the products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the website, the detailing (such as colour, pattern, metal weight and texture, etc.) what you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a product when you receive it.

Ring Size

You can measure your ring size in a number of ways. In the UK it is measured alphabetically, and for international, it is done numerically, or you can measure the internal diameter or circumference.

For clarity, and to feel comfortable knowing your ring size, see chart provided here:
