The Power of Consistency

In this solo episode of Black Creative Handbook we’re going to talk about the power of Consistency. Why are you struggling Consistency? And how you’ll improve being consistent. This one is a secret to success.
There are 5 different practical things to give you value and make sure you are consistent. I want all of us to succeed and see all greatness.
Plan and time block
Your time is an investment. I can’t do everything so I need to plan what I really need to do. By stating in advance how work is to be done, planning provides direction for action. Planning makes the goals and objectives clear in the minds of all individuals working in different capacities. This type of time management not only makes your to-do list more manageable, but it also gives you more control over your day and helps you prioritize your tasks. Time blocking also improves focus and deters procrastination. And, at the end of the day, you will feel like you actually accomplished something.
Sleep Hygiene
I don’t know about you but a lot of people can function well even if they sleep for 4-6 hours a night and I’m not part of that population. I need 7-8 hours of sleep but I am a morning person. My cat is my alarm clock. Good sleep hygiene is important because of how crucial getting good sleep is for your mental and physical health, as well as your overall quality of life.
Making sure that you have stress of resilient plan
I will not let my mood, depression and anxiety control my day because I have goals and plans so they can’t hijack my dreams. Getting beyond these problems involves resilience. Resilience does mean avoiding stress and adversity; it means having the ability to persevere and continue to function effectively despite failures, setbacks, and losses. This requires developing effective coping skills.
Health is Wealth
How you look after your food, what you eat and your fitness. This gives large meaning to our life, as health is considered the most valuable and precious for every individual.
Celebrating small victory
Small things will make you successful. Celebrating small wins is an important way to track incremental achievements and work toward much larger goals. Plus, it makes you feel good more often. You are the CEO of your own life and you can control your destiny.
