Solo Episode of Black Creative Handbook: Staying Focus

Staying Focused

Sometimes it is hard to focus on one thing because you want to do this and do that. There’s a lot of white noise. So, I committing on my goal and turning my vision. So I talked Staying Focused in my Solo Episode in my Black Creative Handbook Podcast.

Turning your vision into action that’s one of my greatest pieces of advice as a creative. That’s why we are going to talk about this 3 important thing that can help you to stay focus

Belief, Self-belief and Solution focus

You can do it! You have to believe in yourself and figure out what you need. What is the solution? What’s your roadmap? You know in your heart if you really want something so I have questions. Do you set a time in a week to really forward in your life and strategize your next steps? There are a lot of resources. Sometimes you need people to be successful. So believe it and be a solution focus.

Write it down, Break it down

I’m good at writing down notes. I have a vision board but it’s overwhelming if it has too many so it’s important to break it down. Focus on one thing and make it organized. You can use paper but I used Trello and it works for me. There are alot of free resources and what you need to do is maximize it.

Routine

Make a routine. It’s important to have it, because this is the sequence you will follow. It’s like your road to success and you need to be committed to it. Even if you don't typically thrive on a strict schedule, having a routine can be helpful in times of unpredictability, uncertainty, and stress. Implementing a structure to your day can give you a sense of control. It can also improve your focus, organization, and productivity.
