Having a chat with Adrianne Sanogo

Watch my full video interview with Adrianne Sanogo about the history of diamonds: Natural and Lab Created  on YouTube. Don't want to miss it!

A little background about our guest:

Adrianne Sanogo studied at the world renowned Gemological Institute of America [GIA] where she earned a GIA Graduate Gemologist® (GG) diploma, and Graduate Pearl (GP) diploma. She is a founding Board Member and Education Chair of the newly formed Black in Jewelry Coalition and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee member of the Women’s Jewelry Association, New York City Metro chapter. In both roles, she enjoys mentoring gem and jewelry professionals with helping them with education, design, and gemstone questions.

When Adrianne is not in her role as a Business Administrator role at an Ivy League University in Philadelphia, she enjoys working with consignment stores to accurately identify and describe jewelry inventory for sale. As needed, she assists law enforcement as an expert identifying gems and jewelry from the evidence room. As an educator, she informs and advises the public across several platforms about the correct identification and care of gems, minerals and jewelry in private collections or future purchases.

In her free time, she enjoys antique and vintage jewelry hunts and hummingbirds.
